Savory Garlic Shrimp
1 tbsp lemon pepper oil
1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled, or frozen shrimp, thawed
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and onion. Saute,
stirring constantly, until shrimp are pink and tender. Just before
serving, top with parsley.
