Maine Lobster Roll

From:

Culinary Adventures Rooted in Tradition

Maine Lobster Roll sounds absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious.

“huge chunks of lobster mixed with a small amount of mayo- just enough to hold the lobster together and then piled high on a lightly toasted hot dog bun drizzled with warm, melted butter. Pure decadence. Eat in or take out-it all works for me.”

No recipe but thanks to Ronnie Weston for the idea.  Perhaps we can cook up our own recipes for Lobster Roll?
