Crockpot Shredded Beef Sandwiches
1 (3 lb) boneless beef roast
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup vinegar
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp garlic powder
12 hamburger buns, split
Cut roast in half; place in a crockpot. Combine next
5 ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low
heat for 10 to 12 hours or until meat is very tender.
Discard bay leaves. Remove meat and shred with a fork.
Serve on buns.

50 ml fresh dill 1/4 cup
1 large cucumber, sliced paper thin 1
16 radishes, trimmed & sliced paper thin 16
– salt & pepper to taste –
– fresh dill for garnish –
Cut bread slices in half diagonally.
In a bowl combine cream cheese and dill. Spread each bread slice with cream cheese. Top half of the slices with cucumber and half with radish. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with fresh dill.
